Can someone tell me why someone joined my guild a few months ago, got promoted to officer, then today kicked EVERY member from the guild!!

Is there somewhere you can name and shame these people so others dont make the same mistake??

Just an idiot ruining the whole guild. Why ?
I think he wants to be leader or tell your officer to kick you and then he can take over the guild. The ladder reset is soon so many guilds will be prepared. I think he wants your guild to be #1.

Sad enough, ain't gonna happen dude.

ladder reset!? WHAT? wow, thats gay, is there a reason? where is this article? What about the guilds that worked so hard!

Yeah, he'd have a hard job taking over because he cant kick other officers and i am the leader and the people in my guild know that i wont kick them without a valid reason and a talk with them

I guess they want to give a fair shake to those Guilds that are still new. Mabe there should be a monthly ladder as well as an overall ladder. I don't like the idea of killing off someone's hard earned rank at all.

I hope you demoted that officer and kicked him out already. And I'm sure people wouldn't mind that you post his name here.

He left as soon as he kicked the all members. I guess i should post his in-game name to warn other people about him.

Same thing happened to me man, I had a pretty good guild with 30+ members, one of my officers promoted one guy to help him recruit, i wasnt happy about it but let it go, then about a week later the guy kicks loads of members, promotes loads of others and then quits. It pretty much ruined my guild, I quit as leader a couple of days later and have stayed guildless ever since.
Whats the point?

We have got 1 back so far, the others havent been online yet, but they all have invitations pending for when they do go online. I do doubt if all of them will come back which means more time spent to recruit new members

why was this person promoted to officer? he's good with handling guild issues? he's very helpful to members? or just cause he's been there for a month?

He was helpful to members, donating to the guild, helped in guild battles and seemed genuine. When he was promoted he recruited a few members then decided to kick them all today
